This is such an awesome idea! I've been married almost 38 years, and we are "empty nesters", and it used to be easy to make big meals for a family of 4. Now that there's the two of us, our schedule is different, and it would be really nice to spend less time preparing meals, and to have the meals and the shopping list all ready right in front of me. I would certainly "relish" this idea!

The fact that all of their recipes only take 30 minutes or less to cook is fantastic. I don't have 3 hours in the day to make a meal that is going to take my family 20 minutes to eat.
